Month-of Coordination | Starting at $750
You’ve made the plans and chosen your vendors. Now you want someone you trust to bring everything together so you can enjoy your wedding day. I’ll step in during the final two months, confirm the details with your vendors, create your wedding-day timeline, and keep the celebration moving from the ceremony processional to the final send-off.

- Up to nine consecutive hours of wedding-day coordination, with additional hours available for a fee
- An initial consultation and a final planning meeting approximately four weeks before the wedding
- Unlimited email and text communication beginning two months before the wedding
- Vendor confirmation, including arrival and departure times

Behind-the-scenes content creation add-on: I’ll capture candid phone photos and short videos of your venue and the ceremony and reception details as they come together, giving you a look at the pieces you may not get to see before your guests arrive.

I’ll help you find vendors who fit your vision and budget, review the details before you commit, and bring your design and timeline together. When the wedding arrives, I’ll coordinate your vendors, set up your organized décor, and take care of the moving pieces so you can enjoy it.

What happens next depends on the package you choose. We might be finding vendors and working through design ideas together, or I might join you closer to the wedding to confirm the final details. How do we book you?
Send me an inquiry with your wedding date, venue, and the help you’re looking for. After we talk, I’ll send you a proposal with package options or a custom option. Once you’ve selected a proposal and completed the contract and retainer, your date is secured.
Do you require a retainer?
Yes. A 50% non-refundable retainer secures your date, with the remaining balance due 60 days before your wedding. If a payment plan would be more helpful, we can discuss and agree on a schedule before booking.
How far in advance should we reach out?
As soon as you have a date in mind! Dates can book well in advance, up to 2 years in advance, but you’re welcome to inquire even if your wedding is coming up soon. I’ll let you know if I’m available and what support I can offer.
What if we need to reschedule or cancel?
Reach out as soon as you know your plans may change. We’ll review your contract together and talk through the options for your date and package.
Which package is right for us?
If you want help from the beginning, full planning may be the best fit. Partial planning offers support with decisions you’re still making, while full coordination offers a more hands-on coordination approach or month-of coordination helps bring existing plans together. Tell me where you are in the process, and I’ll recommend an option that fits.
Can we customize a package?
Absolutely! My Build Your Own Wedding Package starts with eight hours of wedding-day coordination, an initial consultation, a final planning meeting, vendor confirmations, a questionnaire, and a custom timeline. You can add services such as décor setup, rehearsal coverage, design meetings, additional hours, or an assistant coordinator.
How many wedding-day hours will we need?
That depends on your venue logistics, timeline, and the services you’d like me to handle. My packages include eight to ten hours of wedding-day coordination, and additional hours are available for a fee. We can talk through your plans before you decide.
Do you offer décor setup?
Yes! Full décor setup is available with Full Coordination or as an add-on to a custom package. Partial Planning includes setup of organized, client-provided décor according to an approved vision board.

Yes! I work with couples throughout Pennsylvania and beyond. If your wedding requires travel or lodging, I’ll include those details in your proposal so you know the cost before booking.
Will you coordinate with our vendors?
Yes. Every package includes vendor confirmation, a custom wedding-day timeline that I share with your vendors, and coordination on the day itself.
Will you be the person at our wedding?
Yes, I’ll be there to coordinate your wedding. If your celebration needs more hands on site, you can add an assistant coordinator to your custom package.
What happens if it rains or plans change?
We’ll talk through backup plans before the wedding, especially for outdoor events. If something changes on the day, I’ll work with your venue and vendors to adjust the timeline and keep everyone informed.
Do you handle cleanup?
Cleanup responsibilities depend on your package and venue. Décor teardown and cleanup supervision can be added to a custom package, and we’ll spell out exactly what’s included in your proposal.
Do you plan events other than weddings?
Yes! I also offer event planning. Tell me what you’re celebrating, and I’ll put together a proposal based on what you need.
